Because of the specific Silverwood® concept, and the fact that our jewellery is handmade, production can sometimes take a little time. This represent the time needed from when an order is placed with our workshop to when a product is ready to be sent to you.
We do hold some stock but some products in our store are currently Made to Order. These can take 3 to 4 weeks to create for you.
We will do our best to communicate lead times as clearly as possible for each product before you purchase an item, to ensure that this suits your needs and time lines.
