If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we are happy to exchange or accept returns. Please contact us as soon as you can if there are any issues.
All returned items must be sent unworn and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Please note that unfortunately we cannot accept returns on earrings for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment, within 14 days of your item being received. Original shipping costs (if any) will not be refunded. Please note that all sales taxes will be included in your refund if your order has been sent to a destination within the UK. Outside these countries, if there are any custom duties and additional taxes, these will be non-refundable.
All shipping costs for returning items will be at the expense of the person returning the product, unless there is an issue with the jewellery. If in the rare occasion your item is faulty, please contact us with details at email@example.com and we will look to refund your reshipping expenditure as well.
Please ensure you use a reliable and insured postal service as we cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged on transit whilst they are being returned to us.
If an item is damaged or faulty upon receipt we ask that you contact us within 48 hours. If a package is badly damaged or torn when delivered to you, we recommend you do not accept it and contact us right away so we can organise a replacement.
