Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns or arrange an exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mysilverwood.co so we can help.
Conditions for return
Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please note that earrings cannot be accepted for return on hygiene grounds, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders delivered within the UK, all applicable sales taxes will be included in the refund. For international orders, any customs duties or additional taxes paid are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@mysilverwood.co with details and we will arrange reimbursement of your return shipping costs.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If a package appears visibly damaged or tampered with on delivery, we recommend refusing it and contacting us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for all returns. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us.
