This website is operated by Silverwood®. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Silverwood®, a company registered in England and Wales. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we sell our products.

We hold limited stock of each piece. Where your size or specification is available, we aim to dispatch within 2–4 working days of payment being received. Where a piece needs to be produced, lead times are typically 3–4 weeks. Availability is indicated on individual product pages.
If you have a specific deadline or a question about a particular piece before placing your order, please contact us at hello@mysilverwood.co. We will always do our best to accommodate where we can and will be transparent about current availability and timing.
We have made every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours and materials. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display will be fully accurate. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or restrict sales to particular regions at our discretion. Any offer on this site is void where prohibited by law.
Section 5 — Pricing and payment
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where pricing errors have occurred. Where an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued promptly.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. Credit card and payment data is encrypted during transmission and processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store card details.
Section 6 — Returns and refunds
Our returns and refunds policy forms part of these Terms of Service and is available in full on our Delivery & Returns page. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by our returns policy.
