Delivery & Returns

Stock & Production
We hold limited stock of each piece. If your size or specification is available, we aim to dispatch within 2–4 working days. Where a piece needs to be produced, lead times are typically 3–4 weeks. Availability is indicated on individual product pages — if you have a specific deadline or a question about a particular piece, please get in touch at hello@mysilverwood.co.
United Kingdom — Royal Mail Tracked & Signed
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed service.

– Standard (0g–2000g): £4.50
– Standard (over 2000g): £20.00
– Next-day delivery (0g–2000g): £5.50
– Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM: £8.50 — please contact us to arrange

Saturday delivery is available in England, Wales, and Belfast postcode areas BT1–BT9 only.
In-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 working days of payment. Where a piece needs to be produced, lead times are typically 3–4 weeks. During periods of high demand we will always communicate any delays clearly.
European Union
We are happy to ship to EU customers and are currently reviewing the best way to do this following post-Brexit changes to import VAT regulations.
For pieces priced under £130
EU customers may experience import duties and local VAT charged upon arrival in their country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and must be paid before your order is released for delivery. We are unable to advise on specific rates as these vary by country and are outside our control.
For pieces priced over £130
Due to the additional customs and VAT requirements that apply to higher-value shipments into the EU, we ask that customers in this category contact us directly at hello@mysilverwood.co before placing an order. We want to make sure we can fulfil your order correctly and that you have a clear picture of any additional costs before you commit.
We are working to make EU ordering as seamless as possible and will update this page as our process develops. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Where we are able to ship to EU destinations, we send via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed. Costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and include insurance against loss in transit.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns or arrange an exchange. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@mysilverwood.co so we can help.
Conditions for return
Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Please note that earrings cannot be accepted for return on hygiene grounds, unless the item is faulty.
Refunds
Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For orders delivered within the UK, all applicable sales taxes will be included in the refund. For international orders, any customs duties or additional taxes paid are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at hello@mysilverwood.co with details and we will arrange reimbursement of your return shipping costs.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. If a package appears visibly damaged or tampered with on delivery, we recommend refusing it and contacting us immediately so we can arrange a replacement.
We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service for all returns. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit while being returned to us.
